New high-efficiency DLK Next air cooler with increased, field-proven versatility from Roller
With this further development of the popular DLK series, Roller completes its range of ceiling-mounted air coolers with PS 80 bar operating pressure and expands its performance range of optimized evaporators with reduced tube volume for CO2 applications.
The new air cooler series is characterized in particular by its increased installation flexibility. Among other things, attention was paid to an easy-to-install aluminum housing with practical and generously dimensioned cutout options to meet the diverse requirements of installation engineering. This is complemented by flush ceiling suspension brackets made of stainless steel.
For complex cooling tasks and careful air conditioning of sensitive refrigerated goods, the evaporator blocks are available with 4 and now 6 rows of tubes in depth, which is accompanied by correspondingly large heat exchanger surfaces and thus lower dehumidification. For deep-freeze applications, the units are offered in T-design with electric defrosting systems in block and tray.
The DLK Next is also available for CO2 applications up to PS 80bar with an optimized pipe system and reduced pipe volume. In addition, the air cooler is available for use with water and brine.
For easy connection to the refrigeration system and fast and uncomplicated start-up on site, the DLK Next offers a pre-installed electronic expansion valve with precise superheat control, regardless of the refrigerant used. And that for 40 pre-parameterized refrigerants, incl. CO2!
In order to meet the increasing requirements for ceiling-mounted air coolers for commercial refrigeration today, the DLK Next covers a performance range of up to 14kW cooling capacity. The new DLK Next is equipped with 1 to 4 high-efficiency EC fans as standard and will replace the DLK/T...EP (Euroline Plus) in the future.
