Logistic centre - HVIS- Troiber

This high-rack warehouse of a deep-freeze logistics company placed special demands on Roller's industrial direct expansion evaporators. Due to the narrow and long aisles, 14 single-fan evaporators type HVIST with extremely high air throw were applied. Airflow streamers support the fans with high external pressure. Furthermore, the air coolers are equipped with 10 mm fin spacing, insulated drip tray, defrost hood, defrost damper and a special frame heater.

Cheese dairy - HVIS - Exarchos

The cheese dairy Exarchos SA produces feta cheese, low-fat sheep milk cheese, goat cheese, Greek hard cheese and typical Greek fresh cheese using state-of-the-art production standards. For the ripening and storage of the cheeses Eleni K. Yianniodi Industrial Refrigeration in Greece used the highly efficient industrial air cooler HVIS.
A cheese reaches its specific characteristics through biochemical processes in which, as in this case, the temperature in the ripening room must be kept constant between 13°C and 16°C and the relative humidity between 80% and 90% for weeks.

Test chamber - HVIS - HLK Stuttgart

The company HLK Stuttgart offers a range of services including measurements and simulations for heating and air conditioning. It uses its own dual climate chamber to test residential ventilation equipment and heat pumps for example.
The outer chamber conditions the fresh air, while the inner chamber is responsible for the room conditions. The system which is operated with ethylene glycol provides an initial supply temperature of -25 °C for an air intake temperature down to -15 °C. HLK relies on the HVS and HVIS air coolers from Roller here.

Sweets factory - HVIS

Hygiene has top priority when manufacturing food, e.g. here in the production facilities of a well-known chocolate bar brand. The HVIS air coolers from Roller must meet food hygiene requirements too. To ensure a uniform, draught-free flow of air for the people who work there, the units were designed for use with textile hoses. A mixture of water and propylene glycol was used as the medium.

Cheese ripening - HVIST - Nikzas

The cheese dairy NIKZAS SA produces feta cheese, goat cheese , kefalotiti, manouri and anthotiro using milk concentrated daily from different dairy farming units spread in the Thessaly region of Greece.  For the ripening  of the cheeses E. K. Yianniodi Industrial Refrigeration in Greece used the highly efficient industrial air cooler HVIS.
The HVIS air cooler from Roller ensures the constant temperatures between 13 and 16°C required for ripening. To develop its typical characteristic properties, cheese also needs a constant relative humidity of between 80% and 90%.
